We have decided to use the World Café format for 2012. The CC Centre of eXcellence Core group will be meeting on Friday from 10.00-13.00 at Tim's to decide on which questions to ask

2011 Agenda : CommunityForge Complementary Currency Strategy Retreat

We'll be discussing, defining and forming a new CC Community of Practice especially for experienced practitioners to support new initiatives.

We'll also be working with the attendees to decide how Community Forge can be most relevant to their projects, and reconsidering our governance structure and funding strategy.

In order to better understand the issues CC practitioners face we asked the participants to fill out a questionnaire. Here are the results:

2011 Define Workable Solutions : CommunityForge CC Retreat

After an Open Space activity, Break-out groups were formed
Based on the SWOT analysis discussion, we divided into different groups and adressed topics such as:
- Software requirements
- Resource center
- Translation solution for multicultural approaches
- The Tiocan's local currency project
- Funding proposal
- Our view on a label for complementary currency (certification)

After a Second Open Space session, these three working groups were formed
